This helicopter tour operates with fixed daily departure times for each destination. Passengers are required to adhere to the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for each day of the tour. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a NO-SHOW.
Passengers and our team must strictly follow COVID protocols in accordance with the prevailing government mandates. Non-compliance with government guidelines may result in the denial of boarding to passengers, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.
Passengers are required to accurately provide their weights at the time of booking. In the event of any weight discrepancy discovered during travel that exceeds our aircraft’s weight capacity of 450 kg, affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded and the Heli-tour will be canceled without any refund.
Excess weight charges for the Char Dham/Do Dham helicopter tour are set at INR 2500 per kilogram, applicable to passengers whose weight exceeds 75 kg.
Moreover, if there is any variance in the passengers’ weights, subject to charges based on the overweight criteria, the corresponding amount will be collected at the hotel before the day of flight boarding.
Each passenger is allowed only one piece of baggage, weighing a maximum of 2-5 kgs. Helicopter travel does not permit suitcases or other traditional luggage bags. To address this, our staff provides duffle bags to all passengers upon arrival. The allowance for baggage weight is based on the total body weight of the group. If the combined body weight of the group exceeds the allowable limit of 450 kg, additional charges will apply for transporting the excess luggage by road, and this cost will be shared among all passengers in that chopper.
Due to the constrained weight capacity of our helicopters, we retain the right to rearrange passengers among helicopters to ensure the optimal weight for safe flying in mountainous terrain. Consequently, passengers traveling together may not necessarily be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.
Passengers are required to reach Dehradun one day prior to the departure date. The complimentary night stay in Dehradun on the arrival date extends our package to a 5-night/6-day tour. The actual helicopter flying activities commence on day 02 of the tour.
Our helicopters have a maximum seating capacity of 06 passengers, accompanied by 01 crew member.
Infants below 2 years weighing up to 12 kg are accommodated free of charge. To verify the age of the child, we will check the child’s ID proof or birth certificate.
Helicopter flights in hilly terrain are contingent upon unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These include delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the Indian Air Force(NOTAM), sudden technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, or delayed reporting of passengers at the helipads, among other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to be ready to encounter any unexpected events and inconveniences that may arise in such situations.
The complete payment needs to be settled in cash with our representative at Badrinath. This enables us to make the necessary arrangements and pre-book the Puja on behalf of each passenger.
Please note that the Maha Abhishek Puja is not encompassed within our package or billing cost. The total amount for this Puja is directly payable to Badrinath Ji Mandir Samiti. Confirmation is subject to Availability upon arrival at Badrinath.
The full payment should be made in cash to our representative at Kedarnath top. This payment is essential for us to coordinate and pre-book the Puja on behalf of each passenger.
The arrangement for Rudra Abhishek Puja is contingent upon the availability of rooms at Kedarnath-Top, as passengers might be required to stay overnight for the Puja. Consequently, additional charges for hotel accommodation will be applicable.

*Disclaimer – Accommodation at Kedarnath top falls under the budget category, and there may be occasional complaints regarding hotel services and rooms. Additionally, temperatures and oxygen levels at Kedarnath-top may drop to sub-zero levels at night in Sep/Oct. Therefore, passengers are advised to make decisions considering these factors. Our team will not be responsible for any incidents involving guests staying at Kedarnath top.
On your date of arrival or departure, our team can arrange transportation for Mussoorie, Rishikesh, or Haridwar day-trip from Dehradun.
Our team is dedicated to managing your complete Chardham tour, and we are also available to aid you in securing air or train tickets to or from Dehradun.
Should you require an extra night stay in Dehradun, our team is ready to handle your hotel reservations. It’s worth noting that we secure hotels at the most competitive rates available. Also, In case of any extra night apart from mentioned, in the package will be on chargeable basis only, due to ANY REASON.
*Advance booking requires a 35% deposit of the total amount. The remaining balance must be settled 40 days before the scheduled arrival date in Dehradun.
*Passengers are only allowed to board or initiate the tour after completing the full and final payment for the tour.
The booking amount is non-refundable; however, a credit note will be issued if feasible conditions are met. (Conditions also apply for B2B bookings.)
If passengers cancel their booking prior to or after the commencement of the tour, following cancellation charges will be applicable:
If passengers test positive for COVID before their scheduled travel, if the Yatra is canceled by the government, or in the event of a National or State emergency, no refunds will be issued.
Nevertheless, passengers experiencing cancellations due to lockdown will receive a Credit Voucher from Blueheights Aviation Pvt. Ltd. This voucher, equivalent to the advance payment, remains valid for one year and can be utilized for any of our helicopter tours or charter services. Passengers, as well as their friends or relatives, can redeem the full value of the credit voucher during this period.
We will not be liable for any accidents; passengers travel at their own risk. Booking is accepted with the understanding that guests fully comprehend the risks involved during the Chardham Yatra (both air and ground). Our team will ensure that the aircraft possesses a valid airworthiness certificate and is deemed fit to fly according to DGCA regulations.

We don’t own any aircraft, our partner takes aircraft on a lease/rental/charter basis from different operators and provides services to the clients.
We will not be held for any financial liability in case of flying getting canceled by the operator due to any reason. Since we are a mediator/bridge between the operator and client any dispute regarding to Chardham/Dodham helicopter package will be settled between the operator and the client directly.
